Estimates

We offer many plant and design options. We have developed a plan and installation guide to give our customers options. Please look at the three levels and let us know how we can help.  Estimate fees are nonrefundable.

Level 1: No Charge — Bring pictures and measurements of your area by our retail store in Salem. We will provide a rough sketch and plant list of materials along with the cost. If this option becomes a small landscape, it will need to meet the $3500 requirement. (Small landscape is a turnkey job that includes additional items such as mulching, trenching, etc., that is in addition to plantings.)

 Level 2: $100.00 — If you feel your project will be at least $3500, but do not wish a site visit, you may submit pictures and measurements to our store by emailing to pineridgenursery@swva.net or bringing them by the store. A designer will provide a drawing along with a plant list and pricing.  This is considered a small landscape and needs to meet the $3500 requirement. (Small landscape is a turnkey job that includes additional items such as mulching, trenching, etc., that is in addition to plantings.

 Level 3: $250.00 — If you feel your project is $3500 or greater, a designer will make a site visit to your home at a scheduled time. A drawing along with a plant material list and job cost will be provided. The fee will be collected when you meet with the designer
